TopFoxx was founded in New York City in 2016 by Helen Getts. She had the purpose and desire to create and design stylish sunglasses and accessories that will empower women and also inspire them to take risks and be themselves, but also chase their dreams and goals!

All orders are processed within a few hours and up to 2 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If the shipping address you provided at the time of checkout contains errors or is marked invalid by their system, you can expect processing times to be prolonged. Please double check your shipping address to avoid any potential shipping delays. They are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at the time of checkout.

They offer free regular shipping for orders over $60 to be delivered within the United States. Regular shipping could take up to 10 business days for delivery and longer if there are delays with the carriers. The follow shipping information below the review is for shipping to a U.S address.

International Shipping

They offer international shipping to all other countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. They also offer free shipping for international orders, providing your order exceeds a certain threshold. The threshold for free shipping will vary, depending on the destination country.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

TopFoxx is not responsible for these charges or for any shipping delays associated with such fees if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

They cannot provide an estimate on how much this may be, as the shipping carriers do not provide this information to them. They have no say in your country’s customs and import agencies. If the product is never picked up and the package is sent back by the shipping carrier, you will be refunded for the product, and the actual cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from them which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also check the status of your order from their chat widget. 1) Refunds to the original form of payment is within 15 calendar days*

or

2) Exchanges/Store Credit is within 30 calendar days*

Eligible Product means:

• Merchandise must be returned within the specified time frame.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, unperfumed and not damaged.
• Merchandise must be returned with all original plastic packaging, hand tags and protective leather case
• Merchandise was not purchased at sale or discounted price of over 20%

• • All sale/discounted items over 20% are final sale, non-refundable and only eligible for exchange/store credit.
  • Items purchased with store credit or with redeemed points are not refundable either
• Accessories must be in the same condition as received
• Merchandise was returned in a cardboard box
