Returning Policy

Their Free UPS Return Shipping allows you to mail your purchase back to their warehouse at no additional cost within 30 days. Alternatively, you can return your order in-store, always for free. All you need is your proof of purchase and original packaging. Please note that they cannot accept returns for engraved and Ray-Ban Remix products. Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method and will appear as a credit on your billing statement according to your card provider.

For purchases made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued through your email address on the order. You will receive an email notification when they authorize the refund of the item(s). For returns in-store, visit any Sunglass Hut store in the US and Canada and a member of their team will happily register your refund at the cash desk. You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail when your refund is processed.

Purchases made on their website can be returned to a Sunglass Hut store (excluding outlets, concessions, and airports). Exceptions on returns may apply (Sunglass Hut online collaborations and customized orders).
