Shipping Policy

ThredUp ships to the United States and Canada. They do offer International Shipping through APC.

All international orders are shipped through APC with standard (4 to 9 business days) shipping. Please note that order processing typically takes 1 to 2 days, and your order will be delivered by APC.

Please note that all orders must pass Customs, and this process can delay delivery. ThredUp has no control over the processing timeframe for Customers.

All orders will be subject to taxes and duties owed upon delivery.

Please check out the Canadian government’s Duties and Taxes Estimator. Refusal to pay these funds will result in forfeiture of the order and thredUP won’t be able to provide a refund.

Some exotic pieces are subject to restrictions depending on import and customs regulations. Any pieces that are ineligible for shipping will be flagged in your shopping cart at checkout. This includes jewelry and any items outside of their Pennsylvania warehouse.

Once you select a specific order, a “track” option will appear for you to track your package. Note that ThredUp cannot be responsible for orders going through Customs, and Customs can take an indefinite time to process shipments. Returning Policy

If you decide that an item isn’t the right fit for you, they invite you to visit your returns page to process a return request. Refund Requirements:

• To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them
• All items are subject to a $1.99 restocking fee
• The original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items

Orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States:

• Items purchased with ThredUp store credits will always be refunded back as store credits
• They cannot change refund methods after the return has been processed
• ThredUp store credits will be refunded back to your account 5-7 days after ThredUp has received your return order, while credit card refunds can take an additional 3-5 business days to be refunded.
• Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed
• Please note that they are unable to create prepaid labels for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Only customers shipping to the 48 contiguous US states will have access to the pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping return label.

Orders shipped internationally or outside the contiguous 48 United States:

• Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment.
• ThredUp does not offer return shipping labels for orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 United States at this time.

Customers shopping within the U.S., accept most major credit cards and debit cards. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.
