You must include a complete street address to use Expedited Services (3-Day, 2-Day, or Next-Day Service – Expedited Services are not available for PO Boxes). PO Box and APO/FPO addresses will be sent via USPS Priority Mail when possible.

For domestic shipping in the USA, the cost varies depending on the total value of your order and the shipping method selected. For orders ranging from $1.00 to $35.00, USAGROUND shipping is priced at $5.95, while Priority Ground is available for $7.95. Faster options include 3-Day shipping for $17.95, 2-Day shipping for $24.95, and Next Day delivery for $34.95. If you’re shipping to an APO/FPO address, USPS shipping is available for $16.00.

For orders between $35.01 and $54.00, the shipping costs increase slightly. USAGROUND shipping is $8.95, Priority Ground costs $9.95, 3-Day shipping is $19.95, 2-Day delivery costs $28.95, and Next Day shipping is available for $39.95. USPS shipping to APO/FPO addresses remains $16.00.

International (Non-US) Orders generally arrive within 7-40 business days.

International shipping costs are determined by the order total and destination. These shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process, allowing customers to review the total cost before finalizing their purchase.

Returning Policy

If you are unhappy with your VillageHatShop.com order, they are happy to accept a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt of a new, unworn, and unaltered product that does not include the shipping cost.

Also, customers are responsible for paying for the shipping to return the item to their facility.

International customers are responsible for all shipping charges regarding an exchange or

return. If there is an issue such as a defect or damaged item please contact them at 1-888-VHS-HATS before sending any item back.

As a courtesy to shoppers during Christmas, they extend their return policy during December and January. To return/exchange an item you have already received, please start your process if you checked out as a guest.
