For deliveries within the United States, standard shipping is free and takes approximately 5–10 business days, depending on carrier availability. Carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or Veho handle these shipments, though delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If you need faster shipping, a two-day delivery option is available for $20, arriving within two business days. For the quickest service, next-day delivery is offered at $30 and ensures your order arrives in one business day. Both expedited options use UPS or FedEx and are subject to potential carrier delays.
For international deliveries, Tory Burch ships to many countries worldwide. When you visit the Tory Burch website, you are automatically redirected to a localized version of the site that corresponds to your region. If your region does not match your intended delivery destination, you can manually select your desired delivery country at the top-left corner of the website. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and will be displayed during checkout, ensuring a customized shopping experience for international customers.
Do you need your order quickly? Place it before 2 PM ET from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) to have it processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM ET will begin processing on the next business day. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after verifying payment details. Due to shipping restrictions, fragrances cannot be sent via expedited shipping and will ship separately via ground. Fragrances cannot be delivered to international addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO locations.
For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, Two Day or Next Day air services must be selected for faster delivery. Shipments to Puerto Rico are sent through FedEx Cross Border, with shipping fees calculated during checkout based on freight costs.
Additionally, pre-order items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. They will accommodate a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 14 days. Private Sales, sample sales, select outlet items, and monogrammed products are final sales.
You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return (note this email confirmation will be delayed), and you can expect your refund within 14 business days of that communication — issued in the form of the original payment or a Gift Card. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.
PayPal exchanges must be even — any balance will need to be charged to a credit card. They are unable to process exchanges for international orders. To start a return for an international order, please contact the Tory Burch Client Services Team. Refunds will be processed for the cost of the merchandise.
